- The applicants must possess the citizenship of a country other than Slovakia.
- They do not have an age limit.
- Children below the age of 18 are required to provide a hand-signed permission from their legal guardian.
- The applicants cannot live in Slovakia either permanently or temporarily since 2020 until the time when the scholarship application is made.
- The applicants are not supposed to have a previous study in Slovakia.
- The candidates should have achieved a secondary level of education to be able to apply for either a bachelor’s degree or a combined bachelor’s and master’s degree.
- Applicants should have acquired a first-level higher education to apply at the master’s level.
- The study program requires applicants to be full-time and present in person.
